Attie and I have decided to support HopeWorks of Howard County for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. I have been aware of HopeWorks for many years, as I bounced around the victim services field in DC and MD. Teaching and mentoring students at the University of Maryland about issues of intimate partner violence and sexual violence is something I look forward to every year. It brings me such a sense of purpose. Over the last two years, I have had the opportunity to work with HopeWorks more intentionally and the people there are fabulous. As Attie continues her training to be a therapy dog, I can think of no better place that we would want to volunteer. Join me in supporting HopeWorks this Domestic Violence Awareness Month!

Attie and I have decided to support HopeWorks of Howard County for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. I have been aware of HopeWorks for many years, as I bounced around the victim services field in DC and MD.
