Answering the Call
Hopeworks is Howard County's Intimate Partner Violence lifeline. When you or someone you loves need help, Hopeworks provides a variety of resources. Attorneys to help obtain peace orders, housing to provide immediate and transition safety, a warm voice listening in the hour of need - but all of these supports cost money. We receive very little governmental support and grant funding cannot cover these costs.
This October, please donate to Hopeworks' Purple Challenge to allow us to answer the phone when it rings for one of our neighbors needing help. The number of clients seeking support increased 61% from last year. Hopeworks needs and wants to serve the entire community, but we need your help.
