HopeWorks has served the Howard County community for over 45 years by supporting and advocating for people affected by sexual violence and intimate partner violence. Last year almost 4,000 survivors found the safety and support they needed to break free from violence.
In these uncertain funding times it is even more important to join together as a community so we can ensure that HopeWorks can continue to provide crisis intervention and long-term wellness programs for survivors, community outreach, and prevention education.
Your donation goes directly to support the following services:
• Sexual and Intimate Partner Violence 24-Hour Hotline
• Emergency shelter and longer-term transitional housing
• Crisis and on-going counseling to adults and children
• Hospital accompaniment and advocacy services
• Legal representation enabling clients to obtain Civil Orders of Protection
• Awareness, prevention, and wellness programs addressing the root causes of violence
