Upholding the values of HopeWorks of Howard County's mission to support survivors of intimate partner violence and engaging our community to prevent violence is near and dear to me. As a Board Member of this organization, I am humbled by the opportunity to dedicate myself to this important cause further.
Why do I fundraise for HopeWorks? Intimate traumas are more common than people realize. This cause, personal to me, has influenced my commitment to ensuring that resources such as those provided by HopeWorks are available for those in need without having to feel alone or lost while navigating life's difficulties!
